The MILE has established a school music program in Tierra Santa, working in conjunction with local officials and educators to shape a program that is inclusive of indigenous culture and methods of instruction.

The Music Is Love Exchange (MILE) operates with the primary purpose of providing relief and support to needy communities in Guatemala.
